Mrs. Hudson’ s Art Classes!!
Welcome to a brand new year of art at Schilling Farms Middle. Whether you are a returning student, or new to our school, I would like to welcome you.
By way of information, I have Bachelor of Science in Art Education from Southeast Missouri State University, and taught regular ed (elementary) in Florida for a number of years before coming to the Memphis area. This is my thirteenth year as an art teacher with the County, and I was one of the original group of teachers that opened Schilling Farms Middle ten years ago.
Our art program has expanded greatly over the years. We now offer Advanced Art for 7th and 8th graders, Enriched art for 6th graders, and a newly instituted Graphics Arts class through which the yearbook will be produced.
I am always reachable through email (phudson@sck12.org) or phone (854-2345) and welcome your comments and suggestions. I will keep my blog updated each week, so assignments will be listed as well as addtiional materials which may be required.
